BM Wedding: Getting Ready

Following on from last week and the boys preparations, it's time for a bit of glitter and glamour from the girls! We had a gorgeous morning with treatments at the beautiful, cosy Cowshed spa, an amazing breakfast and much relaxing and chatting in the Playroom. I decided to do my own make up, but we did have the lovely Maddy from Melanie Giles there to groom us! It was such a special time - a pause between one part of your life and the next. As the afternoon progressed the wind really picked up outside and there was a lot of rain, which some brides may have found upsetting, but we had chosen a winter wedding for a reason and the view from the room across the blustery parkland outside was moody and magical. I wore the draped Scarlet dress from Temperley London with a fur wrap, also by Alice Temperley and Jimmy Choo Luna peep-toes. 

Have a lovely weekend - I'm planning a quiet one at home as I'm still recovering from jetlag after all the recent travels, but hope to be back to normal by next week!
